B&M Reading to Relocate to Bigger and Better Store!

25 August 2023

B&M is ecstatic to announce its Reading store has been relocated to a much larger and spacious store, still offering its usual high quality and affordable goods to the people of Reading.

On the 26th of August the relocated store opened its doors to the public. Now located on the Brunel Retail Park, the store boasts over 22,000sqft of great branded bargains. The people of Reading couldn’t have wished for better!

The store will also include an amazing 7,395sqft Garden Centre selling hundreds of plant varieties and gardening products.

Customers can expect to find a wide variety of branded groceries for the best possible price including a range of food, drink and pet food.

There will also be a fantastic selection of quality health and beauty products, homeware, electricals, DIY essentials, toys, games, gifts and plenty more to explore.

The colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity they think truly deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community. They chose the team from The Voice of the Child Charity to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store.

The Voice of the Child is a nationally accredited child contact and family support centre. They have been an established charity for over 15 years, providing child contact and advocacy services to over 200 Local Authority Children & Family Services, 500 Family Law Solicitors, 150 Family Law Courts, CAFCASS and individual families across the UK.

It is suited for children of all ages, with its overall aim to support the child in order to strengthen their families. They also offer support to parents and families.

The store manager at B&M Brunel, said: “We wanted a bigger and better store for our customers, giving them even more big, branded products.”

“We hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store, we’re really excited to get the doors open very soon.”

The store manager also commented: “The Voice of the Child really stood out for us, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done. We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”
