Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Toy Appeal 2022 - Find Your Nearest B&M Drop-Off Point

Christmas is fast approaching and although we’re very excited here at B&M, for millions of children and parents across the country it can be a difficult time of year.

The festive pinch sees struggling families unable to afford the cost of Christmas, and for the 1 in 3 children living in poverty in the UK, presents are a luxury their parents can't afford.

After many years of success, we’re partnering once again with Cash for Kids, backing their Mission Christmas campaign to help bring festive joy to the lives of disadvantaged children across the UK. Last year, B&M customers raised over £9 million and contributed over 210,000 presents for the charity's annual toy appeal. So we’re asking for your help once more to beat these numbers this year, ensuring that no child wakes up without a present on Christmas Day!

Our partnership with Cash for Kids is now in its 9th year, and a record number of our stores will be included in the campaign for 2022 – so it’s now easier than ever to help donate and support the campaign!

Every penny raised in each local community makes a difference to children in that area, and each year we support the Mission Christmas appeal to help children living in poverty. So many families this winter are having to make the very real choice of whether to ‘Heat or Eat’. Christmas is something they simply can’t afford.

The charity’s mission is to ensure every child has a happy Christmas, which is why we’re asking our customers to buy an extra gift and drop it off at B&M or make a donation to help support the mission. We guarantee that your support will mean that a child in your area, who’s at risk of waking up to no gift on Christmas Day, will have something to open.

This year, B&M stores across Greater Manchester, Liverpool, the North East, Teesside, North and West Yorkshire, Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk, Cumbria, South Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Lancashire, and the Midlands will be helping support the campaign. The past few years have been unlike any other and we believe that thanks to your support we’ll be in a position to carry on distributing gifts this Christmas, to help the vulnerable families and children that need it the most.

Where Can I Drop Off Donations?

We've set up drop-off points in a selection of our stores across the country. All you have to do is pick up an extra gift during your Christmas shopping and donate it at your nearest participating B&M store.

What Can Be Donated?

Cash for Kids welcomes all gift donations, but especially struggles to receive enough items that are suitable for babies (bottles, bibs, blankets, teething toys) and teenagers (cosmetics, stationery, electrical items e.g. headphones) - these are especially welcome! Unfortunately, we can’t accept donations of food for the appeal (including chocolate).

All we ask is that the gifts are brand new (still in their packaging) and unwrapped.

When is the Last Drop Off?

The last available date to drop-off is Monday 19th December.
