New B&M Creates 60 Jobs in Hounslow

31 October 2014

Sixty new jobs have been created in Hounslow, after variety retailer B&M opened a new store at the site of the former Dreams shop in the town.

Alterations were made to the building of the B&M Bargains store at the Blenheim Centre which opened on Friday 31st October at 9am.

Customers visiting the convenient location on Alexandra Road will be offered a wide variety of branded and own label products including groceries and toiletries as well as an extensive non-food section including toys, soft furnishings, home and electrical ranges.

The store will also incorporate a prominent ‘seasonal department’ which will change throughout the year to bring customers the best offers and latest products.

Area Manager, Darryl Neville said: “B&M is committed to recruiting from the local area and I’m proud we’ve found a great team from in and around Hounslow for our first store in the town. We’re really proud to have created 60 jobs and be playing our part in the local community.”

Darryl added: “We were excited to get the doors open on Friday 31st October and have a team of colleagues who are willing to provide great value products and world class service to our customers”.
