Central Operations


Our Central Operations team are the support function for our growing portfolio of stores

Based at our Store Support Centre in Speke Liverpool, the Central Operations team consists of three departments: Customer Services, Store Support and Maintenance.

The primary goal for each department within Central Operations is to ensure that all stores are operating correctly, have the right tools and equipment to following process and that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

The pace is fast and the team are constantly required to ‘think on their feet’. Central Operations are a great team who work closely together and also thrive on working on their own initiative!

Supporting the stores across such a diverse range of responsibilities makes the role challenging but very rewarding. As we continue to grow and with the ongoing increasing in stores, there are lots of opportunities to progress your career!
