By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Entry form prize draw terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is B&M Retail Limited of the Vault, Dakota Drive, Estuary Commerce Park, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8RJ (company number:01357507).

4. There are 4 prizes to be won and there will be only 4 winners. Each winner will win:

• 1 x VIP weekend package to Klarna Presents Latitude Festival from 24^th to 27^th July 2025 for the winner and one guest, including:
• 2 x Guest weekend camping ticket to Klarna Presents Latitude Festival for the winner and a guest of their choice.
• 2 x wristband access to the Latitude Lounge
• 4-nights’ accommodation in Pink Moon’s luxury camping (1 room, double occupancy (2 Person Deluxe Bell)) from 24^th July to 28^th July 2025

5. The prize draw will run from 16:00 on 6/07/25 (the "Opening Date") to 09:00 on11/07/25 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

6. All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 09:00 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

10. The Promoter will not accept:

• responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
• transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

11. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

• employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
• members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

13. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

14. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

• automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
• completed by third parties or in bulk;
• illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
• incomplete

15. There is a limit of one entry per person.

16. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

17. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

18. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on X/XX/25 (“Draw Date”).

19. The prize is supplied by Unilever UK Limited (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

20. Use of the prize is subject to the ticket terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://www.latitudefestival.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Latitude-Ticketing-Terms-and-Conditions-2025.pdf. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.

21. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

22. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

23. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, email address provided with the entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted.

24. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails customerservices@bmstores.co.uk or writes to the address set out in CONDITION 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.

25. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at competitions@bmstores.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

26. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 7 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by refer to the details of how to claim in condition 20. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.

27. Please allow 14 days for the delivery of the prize which will be sent by DHL.

28. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

29. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of contact, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

30. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

31. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

32. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.

33. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram, so the Participants release Instagram from all responsibility for any damages that may arise from it.
