B&M's Bargains Come to Evesham As New Store Opens

B&M proudly opened its latest store in Evesham, creating 40 jobs for local people.

The store is the first B&M to open in the market town and brings even more big brands at bargain prices to even more people in Worcestershire.

Conveniently located on Worcester Road on the site of the former Currys, the B&M Home Store & Garden Centre will stock a great range of products from toys and grocery to homeware and DIY.

And to help celebrate the occasion, representative from the Tracey Sollis Leukaemia Trust were invited by store staff to be part of their special day

The charity raises money through various fundraising events and its shop at Evesham’s Library Arcade, to help sufferers of leukaemia in the local area.

As a thank you for taking part in the opening ceremony, the trust received £250 worth of B&M vouchers.

The store was officially opened by Evesham Town Mayor, Councillor Fred Kaler who cut the ribbon to declare the new B&M store ‘open’.

A spokesperson for B&M said: “We’re feeling really positive about the creation of new jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.

“We are all really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door!”

The variety retailer is one of the fastest growing in the UK with over 500 high street and out of town stores across the country.
