B&M Sparks Employment Boost in Aberdeen

One of the UK's fastest growing variety retailers opened it’s latest store in Aberdeen today, providing an economic boost to the local community.

B&M opened a brand new Home Store at the Kittybrewster Retail Park in the city creating 50 jobs for local people.

With over 400 UK stores, B&M continues to invest in people from local communities and Aberdeen’s first B&M store was greeted warmly by the city’s residents this morning.

Customers can expect a wide variety of branded and own label products from its convenient location on Bedford Road including groceries and toiletries as well as an extensive non-food section including toys, home, electrical and seasonal ranges.

David Farquharson, Store Manager at B&M Aberdeen Kittybrewster said: “B&M is committed to recruiting from the local area; we’re really proud to be creating 50 jobs and playing our part in the local community.”
