B&M Thrilled to Announce the Grand Opening of New Widnes Store

B&M is thrilled to announce the relocation of its new Widnes store following extensive construction work, to a much bigger and better site.

Located in Widnes Trade Park on Dennis Road, the new store now offers a wider array of high-quality, affordable products for the people of Widnes.

Now spanning over 43,189sqft, the store now boasts a bigger selection of great bargains from our ranges including grocery, toiletries, health & beauty, toys, homeware and DIY and much more!

The store also includes a 15,420sqft Garden Centre selling hundreds of plant varieties and gardening products.

The colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity they think truly deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community. They chose the team from Widnes Food Bank Charity to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store.

Widnes Food Bank provide emergency food parcels to local people facing a short-term crisis. They opened their first distribution centre in 2012, and from then on, the have grew!

They now have over 200 volunteers and three distribution centres, providing aid to those in need multiple times a week. Where longer help is needed, the volunteers at the food bank will sign post to relevant agencies, so that each person can get the help they need and deserve.

The store manager at B&M Widnes, said:
