Located in the Brown Lennox Retail Park, the new B&M store has undergone a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment programme before officially opening its doors on Saturday 29th November 2025. Shoppers can now enjoy a 6,776sqft. garden centre and 19,249sqft. of sales space, filled with brilliant bargains and exciting deals across every department.

The launch of the new Brown Lennox Retail Park store has created 50 new jobs, providing a welcome boost to the local economy. The B&M store manager commented: “We’re feeling extremely positive about the creation of more jobs for local people, and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.”

Shoppers will find a wide choice of products at their new B&M store, all at the best possible prices. Our Food and Drink aisles feature plenty of much-loved household brands, alongside a fantastic selection of everyday essentials, including Toiletries, Haircare, and Health & Wellbeing items. Customers can also browse our inspiring Home Décor, DIY, and Paint ranges, perfect for giving any space a refresh. All this and more now available to explore at your B&M Pontypridd store!

To mark the occasion, B&M colleagues were asked to nominate a charity they thought deserved recognition for the work they do within the local community. They chose the team from Pontypridd Foodbank to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store.

Pontypridd Foodbank supports families and individuals in crisis across Pontypridd and the surrounding area through emergency food supplies. The community organisation works alongside local councils, support workers, and specialist advisors to ensure people facing hardship receive nutritionally balanced food when they need it most.

Donations are collected from residents, churches, schools, and local community groups and distributed at Pontypridd Foodbank’s centre, where everyone is welcomed with a warm drink, a friendly chat, and signposting for further support.

The B&M store manager commented: “Pontypridd Foodbank really stood out for us, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done. We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”
