B&M Upgrades to Bigger & Better Store in Seaham, Byron Place Shopping Centre

This morning at 8am on Saturday 31st January, B&M Seaham opened the doors to its brand-new unit located in Byron Place Shopping Centre, following requests for a bigger and better store.
The previous unit, which closed last weekend on Saturday 23rd January, shut its tills for the final time as colleagues bid farewell and prepared for the big move. Upon request and feedback from regular shoppers, B&M were thrilled to give the public what they wanted by upgrading to a larger unit in the same shopping centre.
Customers didn’t have to wait too long before they were able to return to their bargain hunting the following week and shop an even larger selection of amazing products. The new store in question was previously host to Poundland, and now provides an impressive sales space of 15,869sqft.
B&M Seaham’s store manager commented: “We wanted to give customers even more bargains and branded products to shop, and we hope the locals will love their new store.”
Launching in a bigger and better site means that B&M have created 15 new jobs for local people, while significantly boosting the local economy with even more amazing finds for the surrounding community.
Customers can expect to find their usual range of groceries, pet food & toys, health & beauty products, homeware, electricals, toys, DIY, and so much more to explore – now with an even bigger selection to shop from.
