Gallagher Retail Park Store in Coventry Officially Reopens

01 November 2019

B&M's Coventry store on Gallagher Retail Park has officially reopened this morning, thanks to the local charity, Kairos.

The new and improved store, which originally employed 30 staff, has now hired an additional 15 due to the bigger space.

Colleagues nominated Kairos, to be given some VIP treatment, and as a thank you, were given £250 worth of vouchers to spend in-store.

The charity aim to improve the lives and wellbeing of vulnerable women caught up in prostitution, affected by or at risk of sexual exploitation in Coventry.

The store manager, Lee Averill, said: “The team at Kairos really stood out for us as they go the extra mile for local people in the community, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work they do.

“We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”

The store closed on October 27th and has undergone extensive internal and external work to improve your local store.
