Shoppers Welcomed into Newly Relocated B&M Carmarthen Store

B&M Carmarthen has officially relocated to a bigger and better store at Parc Pensarn Retail Park, giving customers even more choice and an improved shopping experience.

Following feedback from regular shoppers who wanted a bigger store and a wider range of products, B&M has moved from its previous location into a former B&Q unit, just a short distance from the old site.

The new store offers an impressive 26,957 sqft. of ground sales space, giving shoppers plenty of room to browse a fantastic selection of great value products, including groceries, toiletries, health and beauty, toys, homeware, electricals, and DIY essentials.

The store also features a 10,098 sqft. garden centre, offering hundreds of plant varieties alongside a wide selection of garden essentials.

The relocation has also created 55 new jobs for local people, marking an exciting chapter for B&M and the local community.

The store manager at B&M Carmarthen said: “We wanted a bigger and better store for our customers, giving them even more big, branded products.”

To celebrate the new store, colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity they felt deserved some VIP treatment for the work they do within the community. The team chose Carmarthen Foodbank and Money Advice to officially unveil the new B&M store.

Carmarthen Foodbank and Money Advice supports individuals and families facing food poverty and financial hardship across the local community. Alongside providing emergency food parcels, the charity offers free financial and budgeting support to help people manage their finances, tackle debt and build long-term financial stability.

The store manager added: “Carmarthen Foodbank and Money Advice really stood out for us, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done. We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”

The new B&M Carmarthen store is now open at Parc Pensarn Retail Park, welcoming shoppers to explore the bigger store and discover the wider range available.
