Victoria Shopping Centre Welcomes B&M to Bradford
16 November 2019
B&M was welcomed to Victoria Shopping Centre in Bradford with open arms today following the latest store opening in the region.
Eager customers queued on Saturday morning, keen to be the first customers through B&M's doors.
As part of the opening day festivities, Bradford Nightstop were nominated by store colleagues as their chosen charity, donating £250 worth of vouchers as a thank you for all of the hard work they do for the community.
The charity help homeless young people in the Bradford area, offering them a safe place to stay, meals, essential supplies and much more to prevent rough sleeping until a longer term solution is found.
The store, which has created 50 new jobs in the region, contains a wide range of branded products, including toys, food & drink, homeware, pet products, health & beauty and seasonal.
The store manager, Imtiaz Siddique, said: “The team at Bradford Nightstop really stood out for us as they go the extra mile for local people in the community, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work they do.
“We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”
He also commented: “Our new colleagues have been working really hard to get the store ready for opening day, and we can’t wait to show customers their brand new B&M.”
