Health kicks don't come much tastier than this delicious Berries & Banana Smoothie! Follow our really simple recipe for a quick and conveninent smoothie. Great as a breakfast substitute or a filling snack throughout the day.

Serves: 2 cups

  • 160g Seasons Harvest Berries & Banana Mix
  • Half a frozen banana
  • 150g low-fat yoghurt
  • 60ml orange juice


  1. Pop all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until you have a smooth, pink-ish liquid.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
