Cadbury Crème Egg Cheesecake

  • 360g cream cheese
  • 140g icing sugar
  • 178g Mini Crème Eggs
  • 5 Crème Eggs
  • 355g McVities Tasties
  • 140g butter
  • 568ml double cream
  • Half a lemon juice
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 120g white chocolate


  1. Empty the packet of biscuits into a mixing bowl and crush into crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix to create the base of the cheesecake. Empty the base into a baking tin and spread evenly.
  2. In a clean bowl, pour the double cream and whisk. Add the icing sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, Mini Crème Eggs and mix.
  3. Pour the mix over the biscuit base and spread evenly. Place in a fridge to chill for three hours.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate and leave to cool for five minutes. Drizzle over the cheesecake and top with broken Crème Eggs.
  5. Grab a slice and enjoy!
