Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • vanilla pod or ¼ tsp of vanilla extract
  • Cardamom seeds (optional)
  • Frozen mango, or other fruit

Method

  1. Pour the seeds, milk and vanilla into a bowl and mix.
  2. Pour into individual ramekins and refrigerate for 12 hours or more.
  3. Before serving, blend the frozen mango until smooth.
  4. Dollop the mango on to each ramekin and serve.
