Easy Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 397g Condensed Milk x 3
• 450ml Double Cream x 3

Strawberry Ice Cream

• 3 Chopped Strawberries
• 6 Blended Strawberries
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Oreo Ice Cream

• 110g Chopped Oreos
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Aero Ice Cream

• 50g Crushed Mint Aero
• 50g Chopped Mint Aero
• 1 tsp Peppermint Extract

Toppings

• Blended Strawberries
• Ice Cream Wafers
• Chocolate Sauce
• Whipped Cream

Method

1. Make sure the condensed milk and double cream are chilled
2. Whisk the double cream until thick with an electric whisk and then add the condensed milk
3. Whisk until thicker still; this is the base of your mix
4. Add whatever fillings you would prefer, like Oreo, Strawberry and Aero
5. Mix these ingredients into the base mix and transfer into a freezable plastic container, and freeze overnight
6. Now scoop into ice cream bowls and top with toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
