Favourite Festive Cocktails: Cranberry Vodka

Gin might be all the rage now, but this one's for all you vodka devotees out there. This Christmas cocktail is best served in shot glasses, and is a great addition to your office party. Just make sure you give it two weeks to properly infuse and you’ll be able to enjoy a festive vodka that’s perfect for the party season.

Ingredients
- 250g fresh cranberries
- 1 litre bottle of vodka
- 175g caster sugar
Method
- Prick each cranberry a few times with a fork.
- Layer them with the sugar in a large sterilised Kilner jar.
- Pour over the vodka and leave for two weeks, giving the jar a shake each day.
