With Christmas over with for another year it’s time to focus on your New Year's Eve celebrations. Whether you're having a couple of quiet drinks at home with loved ones or heading to a party, cocktails are a great way to get in the New Year spirit.

Ingredients

    Lemon Berry Burst
  • Fresh raspberries (approx 8)
  • Sliced lemon
  • 50ml vodka
  • 50ml apple juice
  • Lemonade
  • 20ml sugar syrup (optional)
Rumba Passion
  • 50ml white rum
  • 75ml fresh orange juice
  • 25ml grenadine
  • Lemonade
  • Muddle a small pear [Decoration]
The Twisted Classic Woo Woo
  • 25ml peach schnapps
  • 25ml vodka
  • 25ml cranberry juice
  • 25ml orange juice
  • Orange slice/peel
  • Ice

Method

Lemon Berry Burst:

  1. Mix up 6 raspberries into a cocktail (or glass).
  2. Add the Apple Juice to the mixture.
  3. Add the 50ml of Vodka to the glass or cocktail.
  4. If using a cocktail shaker pour into a glass after shaken.
  5. Top up with lemonade as much as required.
  6. Add the 1 slice of lemon to the side of the glass – as shown and place the remainder 2 raspberries onto a cocktail stick for decoration.

Rumba Passion:

  1. In a glass or cocktail shaker add 50ml of White Rum.
  2. Add the 75ml of fresh orange juice.
  3. If using a cocktail shaker, after shaken pour into a glass.
  4. Top up with lemonade.
  5. Add the 25ml of Grenadine to colour the cocktail.
  6. Muddle a small pear, using the peel attached to a cocktail stick for decoration.

The Twisted Classic Woo Woo:

  1. Pour 4 ice cubes into your cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 25ml Peach Schnapps.
  3. Pour in the 25ml of Vodka then shake well.
  4. Add the cranberry juice and orange to the cocktail and shake again.
  5. Pour into a high ball glass and decorate with orange slice/orange peel.
