A very easy-going cocktail that’s as sweet as it is smooth. Mix with regular Coca-Cola for a refreshing alcoholic beverage that’s really easy to make!

Ingredients
- 30ml dark rum
- 15ml amaretto
- Coca-Cola
- Garnish with lime
- Ice cubes
Method
- This cocktail is best served with crushed ice, so if you have a blender or food processor, whizz your ice through its blades before you start.
- Measure out your rum and add to your glass, followed by the amaretto.
- Finally, fill to the brim with Coca-Cola and garnish with a slice or two of lime for a dash of sharpness.
