M&M Cookie Dough Stuffed Fudge

Ingredients

• 800g white chocolate
• 400g condensed milk
• 150g butter
• 150g sugar
• 2tbsp milk
• 1tbsp vanilla extract
• 150g flour
• M&Ms

Method

1. Combine white chocolate and ½ can sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl
2. Microwave 2-3 minutes or until completely melted, stirring after each minute
3. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan lined with aluminum foil and refrigerate until set
4. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla and stir until smooth and creamy
5. Add flour and stir until completely incorporated
6. Stir in M&M's
7. Press cookie dough evenly over fudge (once fudge is set)
8. Prepare top layer of fudge in the same way you prepared the bottom layer
9. Pour over cookie dough layer; top with remaining m&m's
10. Refrigerate until set
