Mini Egg Swirl Bars

It's almost Easter which means it's time pack away our self-restraint and break out the chocolate Follow the steps below (or watch our handy how-to video!) and you too can enjoy Mini Egg Swirl Bars!

Ingredients

  • 200g White Chocolate
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 50g Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • Toothpicks required

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with a baking paper.
  2. Over boiling water melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.
  3. In the baking tray spoon in tablespoons of white chocolate leaving random gaps in between, and then fill the gaps in with dark chocolate.
  4. Using the toothpicks, swirl the chocolate around mixing the white and dark until you have a swirl pattern
  5. Crush the Mini Eggs in their packaging and spread over the mix
  6. Leave to set and enjoy
