Rainbow Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

Drink
• 135ml Condensed milk
• 90ml Double cream
• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp Pink food colouring
• 350g White cooking chocolate
• Hot milk

Topping

• 6 tbsp Icing sugar
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 tbsp Blue food colouring
• Sprinkles for decoration
• Whipped cream
• Marshmallows

Other

• Muffin tin
• Lollipop sticks

Method

1. Add cream, condensed milk, vanilla, food colouring to pan. Mix and bring to boil.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Pour mixture over the white chocolate and mix together.
4. Pour mixture into cupcake tin and add sticks to each piece.
5. Set aside to chill.
6. Combine icing sugar, water and blue food colouring in a bowl and mix together.
7. Coat glass with icing sugar and press into sprinkles.
8. Stir chocolate stick into warm milk and enjoy.
