Recipe: Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 460g Double Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 450g Cream Cheese
  • 100g Sugar
  • 70ml Milk
  • 400g Bourbon biscuits
  • 800g Chocolate Custard
  • Cocoa Powder - to coat

Method

  1. Combine the double cream and sugar then whip until fluffy
  2. Using a secondary bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, milk, until a smooth consistency is reached
  3. Fold in the whipped cream mix
  4. Cover bottom of pyrex dish with Bourbon biscuits
  5. Spread a third of the cream cheese mixture evenly over bourbon biscuit layer in pyrex dish. Place half of custard mixture over cream cheese; spread evenly. Repeat until full
  6. Place the remaining cream cheese mixture
  7. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight with a plastic wrap cover
