Recipe: Easy Slow Cooker Fry-Up

This slow cooker breakfast is ideal if you've not got enough time to make a fry up in the morning.

Simply pop everything in at night, set it to low and wake up to a delicious tasting breakfast the next morning!

Ingredients

  • 6 Sausages
  • 6 Rashers of Bacon
  • 400g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
  • 400g Baked Beans
  • 100g Button Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 30g Butter

Method

  1. Place the tomatoes, beans, mushrooms and eggs into separate mugs
  2. Add 15g butter to the eggs and the same to the mushrooms
  3. Place the mugs into the centre of the slow cooker
  4. Stand the sausages and bacon around the edges of the slow cooker
  5. Turn the slow cooker onto a low heat and set the timer for 9 hours
  6. Wake up and enjoy a tasty breakfast!
