Recipe: Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are a brilliant way to get your breakfast all ready the night before!

Simply pop all the ingredients in the night before - including our brilliant Mo Farah granola - and refrigerate!

Ingredients

    Base Recipe
  • 40g Oats or Granola
  • 100ml Milk
  • 50g Natural Yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt
Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Mashed Banana
  • Banana & Almonds
Lemon & Blueberry
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 70g Blueberries
  • Lemon zest to top
Chocolate Chia
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 20g Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Add all base recipe ingredients into a container then stir together
  2. Place the fresh fruit and main ingredients onto the top of the oats
  3. Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight
