Recipe: Protein Packed Shakes

These protein packed shakes are not only EXTREMELY tasty, but they're filled with everything you need to keep your fitness journey going!

Ever tried a Pina Colada shake?

Serves: 1-4

Ingredients

    Pina Colada
  • 1 Frozen Banana, peeled & chopped
  • 115g Fresh Pineapple, chopped
  • 225ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded, unsweetened coconut
Chocolate Brownie
  • 1 Frozen Banana, peeled and chopped
  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
Strawberry Vanilla
  • 360ml Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 3 Frozen Strawberries
Peanut Butter & Jelly
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 225ml Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 75g Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Mo Health 8-in-1 Blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
