Recipe: Reese's Cheesecake

Packed full of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Reese's Snack Mix (including those heavenly Reese's Pieces we can't stop eating), a single slice of this mouth-watering cheesecake is enough to send us straight to peanut butter heaven!     For the biscuit base
  • 200g choc chip cookies
  • 50g butter, melted
For the cheesecake cream
  • 450ml double cream
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 packs Reese's Snack Mix (56g) or Reese’s Pieces
To decorate
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 5pk, chopped


For the biscuit base:

  1. Crush the choc chip cookies and mix with the melted butter
  2. Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper and fill with the cookie base. Use a metal spoon to evenly spread the base.
  3. Refrigerate until you are ready to add the cheesecake

For the cheesecake cream:

  1. In a mixing bowl add the double cream and caster sugar. Whisk until thicker
  2. Add the cream cheese, condensed milk, and peanut butter. Whisk again until you have soft peaks
  3. Stir in the Reese’s Snack Mix
  4. Add the cream to the base and spread evenly. Top with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and drizzle melted chocolate and peanut butter
  5. Refrigerate overnight
