Recipe: Reese's Cheesecake Nests

Ingredients

    Base
  • 240g Rice Krispies
  • 600g Milk Chocolate
Filling
  • 480g Cream Cheese
  • 480ml Double Cream
  • 75g Peanut Butter
  • 120g Icing Sugar
Topping
  • Various Reese’s products (Mini Cups)

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the melted milk chocolate with the Rice Krispies until they are fully coated
  2. In a greased cupcake tray, spoon 1 tablespoon of the Rice Krispie mix into each section and press in firmly (this should fill two cupcake trays) Leave these to set in the fridge
  3. Whip the double cream until it forms stiff peaks and then set aside
  4. In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until it is soft and then add the peanut butter & icing sugar, and mix until fully combined
  5. Fold in the whipped double cream
  6. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe over the Rice Krispie nests
  7. Decorate with a range of Reese’s products and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
  8. Enjoy!
