  • 160g Seasons Harvest Summer Fruits Mix
  • Half a frozen banana
  • 150g low-fat yoghurt
  • 60ml orange juice


  1. Pop all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until you have a smooth, red liquid.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
