Summer Smoothie Recipes: Creamy Mango & Coconut Smoothie

This deliciously tropical smoothie will have you daydreaming of Caribbean holidays, long walks on the beach and of course; glorious sunshine. The addition of coconut milk yogurt will make it thicker than the average smoothie and if you have any going spare, simply bottle it up and drink the day after.

Ingredients
- 200ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp coconut milk yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 120g frozen mango chunks
- 1 passion fruit to finish (optional)
Method
- Put all ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and sprinkle passion fruit seeds on top for an extra zing of flavour. Seal any extra smoothie in a bottle and drink within 1 day.
