Ingredients
- 500ml carrot juice
- 200g pineapple
- 2 bananas
- Small piece of peeled ginger
- 20g cashew nuts
- Juice of 1 lime
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Drink straight away or seal in a bottle and drink within 1 day.
