Sunshine Tonic Mocktail

A bright and sunny mocktail that’s bursting with rays of citrus flavour! The ideal family favourite, and ideal for turning plain old orange juice into something special. Make up a large jug for family parties and let the kids help themselves to a tall glass of sunshine.

Ingredients

• Schweppes Tonic Water
• Orange juice (smooth)
• Garnish with an orange wedge
• Ice (optional)

Method

1. Fill your glass with a couple of ice cubes (not too large) and pour in your orange juice until it’s about 75% full (we find smooth orange works best).
2. Top up with Schweppes Tonic Water (you can use Schweppes Slimline Tonic if you prefer) and garnish with a fresh wedge of orange.
3. Enjoy!
