Valentine's Day Heart Cookie

Ingredients

• 2x Cookie Mixes
• 100g Butter
• 30ml Water
• Icing & Decorations

Method

1. Pre-heat your oven to 170ºC.
2. Empty the cookie mixes into a mixing bowl. Add butter (softened, not melted) and water, mix until you have a crumbly dough.
3. Grease or line a large baking tray. Spread out the cookie mixture on the tray and begin forming a heart shape. The dough should be about half a centimetre thick. Leave enough room around the edges for expansion.
4. Bake for 10 minutes. Once removed from the oven, if any parts have become misshapen, with an implement you can gently nudge the hot do back into place before it cools and hardens.
5. Allow to cool completely before decoration.
6. Decorate with your favourite icing or decorations. Enjoy!
