Yorkshire Pudding Burrito

  • 50ml Vegetable Oil
  • 160g Plain Flour
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 300ml Milk
  • Gravy Granules
  • 2x Bisto Roast Dinners


1. Pre-heat your oven to 200ºC.
2. Whisk together the flour, eggs and milk to form a smooth batter. Season with a pinch of salt
and pepper. Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
3. Meanwhile, pour 50ml of vegetable oil into a large roasting dish. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
4. Carefully remove roasting dish from oven, and pour in chilled batter. Be wary of splatters from
the hot oil.
5. Return to oven for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
6. Cook the Bisto Roast Dinners as per packaging instructions.
7. Remove Yorkshire pudding from oven and allow to cool slightly.
8. Layer the meat and vegetables along the centre of the Yorkshire pudding, then tightly roll.
9. Cut in half and serve with gravy.
