You might have heard that the King is renowned for his love of the natural world, but did you know that he’s secretly rolling out plans for a special coastal path around the whole of England?

In fact, it will be the longest maintained coastal path in the world, giving walkers a chance to explore the wonderfully diverse coastline of England.

What is the King Charles III England Coast Path?

Delivered by Natural England, The King Charles III England Coast Path will be a 2,700-mile long National Trail around the whole perimeter of the English coast.

Connecting the best coastal landscapes in England, the trail will pass through some of our most idyllic countryside and some of England's internationally famous coastal scenery.

But it’s not just around England where you’ll find scenes of natural beauty. Here are 10 of the best coastal areas across the whole of the UK that you need to visit.
