After closing its Cambridge Store tills for the final time on Friday 30th January 2026, B&M have now officially re-opened their Aylesbury store at its new and improved location in Vale Retail Park.

Locals didn’t have to wait long to return to their treasure hunts, as store colleagues were delighted to welcome back customers old and this morning at 8am on Wednesday 4th February 2026, now better situated with more to offer to the Aylesbury community.

Only a stone’s throw away from the old site, the new unit provides a total sales space of 24,778sqft. and was previously host to Mothercare, Brantano, and JJB Sports. This substantial upgrade also means that 30 new jobs have been created for local people, significantly boosting the local economy.

B&M Aylesbury’s store manager commented: “We wanted a bigger and better store for our customers, giving them even more big, branded products.”

The store is also proud to host its own 5,017sqft. garden centre, selling hundreds of plant varieties and gardening essentials for green-fingered locals.

Customers can expect to find their usual variety of branded groceries, including food & drink, pet essentials, health & beauty, homeware, electricals, toys, DIY, gifting, stationery, and so much more to explore.

The store manager for B&M Aylesbury also noted: “We hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store, we’re really excited to get the doors open very soon.”

To celebrate the grand re-opening and officially unveil the new Vale Retail Park location, B&M store colleagues were joined by Aylesbury Foodbank, who took centre stage to cut the ceremonial ribbon.

Aylesbury Foodbank believes that no one in their community should have to face going hungry. That’s why they provide three days nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis. They are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by the Trussel Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

With it’s expanded space, improved layout, and broader product offering, the new and upgraded B&M Aylesbury store is set to become a key destination for bargain hunters in the local community.
