WEEE Battery & Electrical Recycling

As a responsible retailer, B&M is supporting the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive introduced by the government.

What does this mean?

The aim is to reduce the amount of electrical waste that currently ends up in landfill and in turn help protect the environment from further damage.

What is B&M doing?

As a retailer we are responsible for increasing the amount of WEEE that is recycled in the UK by assisting in the provision of dedicated WEEE collection facilities.

Through the distributor take back scheme, we now provide facilities in-store for customers to deposit batteries and electrical products for recycling.
