For 3 years +. Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts may cause choking. Adult supervision required at all times. Only to be used in water in which the child is within its depth and under adult supervision. Do not use a compressor for inflation. Use hand-pumps only or inflate with the mouth. Prior to use, ensure that the valve is properly closed by fully inserting the stopper. They do not prevent drowning. We recommend that you wash the item prior to first use. Ensure product integrity prior to use. Do not use the item in the event of discrepancies. To disassemble the inflatable, deflate the inflatable and water shall be drain out. Once the water is drained from the inflatable, let the inflatable dry and fold it up carefully. Lastly return it to its cardboard box. During the winter months, the inflatable should be stored in a dry place, safe from the weather. Read these instructions before use, follow them and keep them for reference. Subject to availability. If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement etc.) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.

Conditions apply to some products:

Audio/DVD and computer games: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these products. Should any prove to be faulty it can be returned with your receipt within 30 days and we will exchange it for one of the same title.
Unwanted food or drink products: Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore, perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
Personal grooming products: For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Plants: Any plant product cannot be returned to store.
With faulty electrical goods, customers have 12 months to return any faulty electrical item as long as proof of purchase is provided. This could be the original receipt, however any other legitimate record, such as a bank statement will suffice.
Any other faulty return, should be returned within a reasonable time frame with a proof of purchase provided.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
