This product is not a lifesaving or flotation device. Do not use in water. Never place this toy in another body of water. Do not use as a flotation device.

Always ensure the product is fully inflated and the correct way up during use. Deflated plastic inflatables can cause a serious asphyxiation hazard to young children. Young children in play are unaware of potential dangers and hazards, therefore responsible adult supervision is required at all times. Protective equipment such as helmet, knee pads and elbow pads should be worn (not included).

Packaging is not a toy. Remove tags, wires, ties, packaging and any accessories before giving to a child. Adult assembly is required. The assembly should be checked by an adult before each use. Inflation by an adult is required. Do not use a high-pressure compressor. Do not overinflate. Adult should ensure to maintain proper air pressure when the toys are used.

Adult supervision is required at all times whilst children play with this toy. Children should remove any sharp objects, such as buckles etc as these could cause injury to the user. Clear the play area of all sharp objects or any other objects that could cause injury to the players.

Use on a soft, flat and even surface. Do not use over concrete, asphalt, or any other hard surface. Do not use on uneven or gravelled surfaces. Do not leave in direct sunlight or high winds. Do not use in adverse weather conditions. Do not use any accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer. Use in an open area with no obstacles such as walls, fences, sheds and laundry lines.

Examine the toy regularly before giving to a child. Do not use if damaged and discard. Keep young children, babies and animals away from the area of play. Keep away from fire and heat sources.

Only use for intended purposes. One child per toy.

If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement etc.) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.

Conditions apply to some products:

Audio/DVD and computer games: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these products. Should any prove to be faulty it can be returned with your receipt within 30 days and we will exchange it for one of the same title.
Unwanted food or drink products: Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore, perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
Personal grooming products: For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Plants: Any plant product cannot be returned to store.
With faulty electrical goods, customers have 12 months to return any faulty electrical item as long as proof of purchase is provided. This could be the original receipt, however any other legitimate record, such as a bank statement will suffice.
Any other faulty return, should be returned within a reasonable time frame with a proof of purchase provided.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
